Our team is made up of dedicated pet lovers who treat every guest like family. From cozy suites and personalized care routines to regular photo and video updates, everything we do is built around one mission: giving cat parents peace of mind and giving cats the comfort, safety, and enrichment they deserve.
Our Story
Yellow’s Haven began with one cat — Yellow. She was the founder’s very first cat and the one who opened the door to a lifelong love for rescuing and caring for felines. Named Yellow because of the joy and brightness she brought into her owner’s life, she became the heart and inspiration behind our haven.
Originally, the idea was to start a dog walking service, but with over 15 rescued cats at home and a strong bond with the feline world, it became clear that the real calling was to create a safe space for cats. As a cat parent who once struggled to go on vacations and short trips without worrying, our founder knew other cat parents must feel the same. That’s when Yellow’s Haven was born — first through PetBacker, and eventually as a full-service pet haven designed to meet the needs of both cats and their families.
Today, Yellow’s Haven continues to grow with the vision of expanding into more branches and services, all while maintaining the same commitment to safety, trust, and genuine love for every pet guest. Here, your cats don’t just stay — they thrive.
