Our grooming service provides a calm, gentle, and stress-free experience for your pet. Each session is handled by trained staff in a clean and controlled environment to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. From basic baths to full grooming, we focus on proper hygiene, careful handling, and your pet's overall well-being. Whether it’s a quick refresh or a complete makeover, every pet is treated with patience, care, and attention. Furparents may also receive updates during the session for added peace of mind.

Requirements
  • Pets must be at least 4 months old.

  • Pets must have updated vaccinations appropriate to their species

    • Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella

    • Cats: Rabies and FVRCP

  • Annual booster vaccinations are accepted immediately.

  • First-time or lapsed vaccinations must be administered at least 14 days prior to the grooming appointment.

  • Pets must be dewormed within the last 6 months.

  • Pets must be on tick and flea prevention (spot-on, oral, or collar) within the last 1–2 months, as applicable.

  • Pets must be free from contagious diseases, ticks, and fleas upon arrival.

  • Pets with aggressive behavior, severe matting, medical conditions, or special handling needs must be declared in advance.

  • Pets must arrive in a secure carrier or on a secure leash.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
  • By reservation basis only.

  • Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit via GCash is required to confirm your pet's grooming appointment..

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% can be paid via Cash or GCash after the grooming session.

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations: Considered late cancellations, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and subject to availability.

Yellow’s Haven – Terms & Conditions


1. Eligibility for Service

Only healthy pets without contagious illnesses may use Yellow’s Haven services.


Boarding and Day Care (Cats):

All cats must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:

  • Anti-rabies

  • 4-in-1 or 3-in-1 core vaccines

    Deworming is required prior to service.

  • Flea and tick prevention is required prior to service.


Boarding and Day Care (Dogs):

All dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:

  • Anti-rabies

  • 5-in-1 or 6-in-1 core vaccines

    Deworming is required prior to service.

    Flea and tick prevention is required prior to service.


Pet Taxi:

  • Pets that are not yet vaccinated, dewormed, or treated for fleas/ticks may still be transported if the purpose of the trip is veterinary care.

  • Pets must be secured in a carrier or leash provided by the owner, unless otherwise agreed.


2. Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information and pick-up/drop-off details.

  • Ensure pets are prepared (fed, bathroom needs addressed) prior to service.

  • Disclose any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns.


3. Operating Hours & Scheduling

  • Pet Taxi: Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary due to traffic.

  • Day Care: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Boarding: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (drop-off/pick-up).


For Day Care (Cats and Dogs): Pets picked up after 6:00 PM will automatically be considered overnight boarders, and the boarding rate will apply on top of the day care rate, starting from 6:00 PM onward.


For Boarding: Late pick-ups beyond the 24-hour mark will be charged an additional hourly rate.


4. Health & Behavior

  • Cats with medical conditions may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

  • Aggressive or feral cats must be handled by their owners during check-in/out (Boarding / Day Care).

  • Dogs showing aggressive behavior toward humans or other dogs may be declined or required to stay in isolation for safety.

  • Tick & Flea Policy: Yellow’s Haven staff will conduct a basic visual assessment for ticks and fleas during check-in. While reasonable care is taken, this inspection is not a guarantee that all ticks or fleas will be detected. Yellow’s Haven reserves the right to decline pets found to have visible ticks or fleas upon assessment. If a pet is accepted and ticks or fleas are later discovered during the stay, an additional ₱300 will be charged to cover cleaning, sanitation, and preventive care. In cases of severe infestation, Yellow’s Haven may require veterinary treatment, isolation, or early pick-up at the owner’s expense. Additional charges may apply depending on severity.

  • Playtime & Walking Policy (Dogs):Yellow’s Haven offers unlimited playtime for dog boarders, provided the dog remains calm and displays appropriate behavior toward staff and other pets. Dogs allowed to roam freely outside their suite are required to wear diapers at all times for hygiene purposes. Owners may provide their own diapers or purchase them from Yellow’s Haven. Each dog boarding stay includes a complimentary 15-minute walk. For safety reasons, dogs must be secured with a leash during walks. Owners may provide their own leash or purchase one from Yellow’s Haven. Yellow’s Haven reserves the right to limit or suspend playtime and walking activities if a dog exhibits aggressive behavior, excessive anxiety, or actions that may compromise safety, hygiene, or the well-being of other pets and staff.


5. Cleanliness & Personal Belongings

  • Male cats in heat that spray will incur a ₱50 cleaning fee per incident.

  • Owners may provide toys, bedding, or food. Yellow’s Haven handles items responsibly but is not liable for loss or damage.

  • Dogs with excessive marking or soiling habits may incur an additional cleaning fee depending on severity.


6. Safety & Liability

  • Yellow’s Haven staff handle pets with care and transport them safely.

  • In emergencies, pets may be brought to the nearest veterinary clinic at the owner’s expense.

  • Yellow’s Haven is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unforeseen illness, injury, or loss.

  • Infectious Diseases & Liability: While Yellow’s Haven takes all reasonable care to prevent the spread of illness, some diseases (including viral infections like feline coronavirus) may have incubation periods and symptoms may appear after the pet leaves the facility. Owners acknowledge that pets may develop illness before, during, or after their stay, and Yellow’s Haven is not liable for such illnesses, provided staff followed standard care procedures.

  • Property Damage & Liability: The owner agrees to be fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet to Yellow’s Haven's property, equipment, fixtures, or furnishings beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, chewing, scratching, breaking, or destruction of doors, frames, walls, enclosures, flooring, or fixtures. Any resulting repair or replacement costs shall be charged to the owner and must be settled upon pet pick-up or upon presentation of the repair cost. Yellow’s Haven reserves the right to require a damage deposit for pets with a history of anxiety, destructive behavior, or excessive excitement. Yellow’s Haven shall not be held liable for damage caused by a pet’s natural behavior, including excitement, anxiety, or stress-related actions.

  • Owner Consent & Acknowledgment: By availing of Yellow’s Haven services, the owner acknowledges that pets may react unpredictably due to stress, health, age, or temperament. Grooming and handling involve inherent risks, including stress, skin irritation, or minor injury.

  • The owner authorizes Yellow’s Haven to perform necessary handling or grooming, including shave-downs for matted coats, and agrees that additional fees may apply. Yellow’s Haven is not liable for issues arising from pre-existing or undisclosed conditions.

  • Emergency Authorization: In case of illness or emergency, the owner authorizes Yellow’s Haven to seek immediate veterinary care. All related expenses shall be shouldered by the owner. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the owner, but care will not be delayed.


7. Payments

A 50% deposit via GCash is required to confirm all bookings.

The remaining 50% is due immediately after the service (cash or GCash).

Payment must be completed before the service is considered officially booked.


Please ensure payment is sent to the correct GCash number based on your pet’s service. Yellow’s Haven will not be responsible for payments sent to the wrong account.


8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Pet Taxi:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive a refund of the 50% deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours are considered late cancellations, and the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

  • If the trip is not completed as scheduled (driver arrives but service is unused), it will be considered a no-show, and the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

  • Bookings canceled or adjusted at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip may be rescheduled once (subject to driver and vehicle availability).

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, unless under reasonable or emergency circumstances, subject to management approval.


Boarding / Day Care (Cats & Dogs):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance.

  • Cancellations within 1 week may be rescheduled once.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.


9. Agreement

  • By submitting a booking request, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Photo & Video Consent: By booking or using Yellow’s Haven services, the owner grants permission for photos and videos of their pet to be taken and used for updates, social media, and marketing purposes, without compensation.
