Enhance your pet’s stay with our thoughtfully designed add-on services, created to support routines that go beyond standard care. From personalized care preparation and off-schedule feeding to grooming assistance and safe, low-stress transport, each add-on is intended to provide added comfort, consistency, and peace of mind—tailored to your pet’s individual needs.

Medication & Vitamin Administration

₱20 per administer for cats and ₱50 per administer for dogs. Our staff carefully follows your instructions to ensure your pet gets their medication or supplements on time.

Special Care Preparation

For pets who need a little extra attention, our Special Care Preparation add-on ensures personalized care is handled properly and with intention. This covers special meal preparation (including home-cooked meals), purchasing specific food or supplies upon request, and following detailed care instructions provided by the owner.

Designed to support pets with unique routines or preferences, this add-on accounts for the additional time, handling, preparation, and utilities required to maintain their comfort and well-being during their stay.

Fee applies per day and only when requested.

Off-Schedule Feeding

For pets who require feeding outside our standard care hours, the Off-Schedule Feeding add-on ensures their routine is still followed with care and attention. This applies to meals requested beyond our regular feeding window of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including late-night or early-morning feedings.

While our staff remains on-site 24/7 for supervision and safety, scheduled feeding is limited to designated care hours. This add-on accounts for the additional coordination, handling, and staff support needed to accommodate feeding requests outside the regular schedule.

 

Fee applies per feeding and only when requested. Availability is subject to staff scheduling.

Pet Taxi Service

Need a safe and stress-free ride for your pet? Our Pet Taxi service is designed for your convenience and your pet’s comfort.

  • For Boarding Clients: ₱850 for the first 15 km, plus ₱40 per additional km.

  • For Non-Boarding Clients: ₱1,000 for the first 15 km, plus ₱40 per additional km.

  • Waiting Time: First 15 minutes free. After that, ₱150 per 30 minutes.

  • Handled by our trusted, pet-loving staff.

  • Secure and comfortable ride for your pet.
