Dog Boarding
Our dog boarding service offers a comfortable, stress-free home away from home for your pup. Each suite is clean, cozy, and designed to provide safety and relaxation. Dogs enjoy playtime, walks, and plenty of human interaction from our caring team. We ensure every guest feels loved and secure, whether it’s for a quick overnight stay or a longer vacation. Owners receive consistent updates, so you can rest easy knowing your furry friend is happy and well cared for.
Requirements

Dogs must be at least 4 months old.

Dogs must have updated vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella).

Annual boosters accepted immediately.

First-time vaccines or lapsed vaccines must be given at least 14 days before boarding.

Dogs must be dewormed within the last 6 months.

Dogs must be on tick and flea prevention (spot-on, oral, or collar) within the last 1–2 months.

Dogs must be free from contagious diseases, ticks, and fleas at check-in.

Dogs must have trimmed nails to prevent injury.

Dogs must arrive on a secure leash or in a carrier.
Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit via GCash is required to confirm your dog's boarding reservation.

Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% can be paid via Cash or GCash upon checkout.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund of the 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are considered late cancellations, and the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling: Bookings canceled or adjusted within 7 days of the original date may be rescheduled once (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, unless under reasonable or emergency circumstances, subject to management approval.

Early Collection / Early Pick-Up: If a pet is collected earlier than the originally booked boarding period, the full boarding fee for the confirmed dates will still apply. This is because the reserved dates and suite were blocked exclusively for the booking, and Yellow’s Haven may have declined other inquiries or reservations for the same period. Fees are based on the reserved stay, not actual time used.
