Yellow's Haven is a professional pet hotel offering separate dog and cat hotels, pet grooming, daycare, pet taxi, and other companion-animal services. We focus on safety, comfort, and a friendly neighborhood experience.

What are your operating hours?

Pet Hotel Check-In/Out: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Grooming Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (By Schedule)
Pet Taxi Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (By Schedule)

Do you accept walk-ins?

We highly recommend booking in advance. Limited walk-ins for grooming and day care are accepted depending on availability.

BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

How do I book a stay?

Select a service here and fill out our booking request form.​

Do you require a downpayment?

Yes. A 50% downpayment confirms your reservation. Balance is paid upon check-out.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

  • Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit via GCash is required to confirm your cat’s boarding reservation.

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% can be paid via Cash or GCash upon checkout.

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund of the 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are considered late cancellations, and the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

  • Rescheduling: Bookings canceled or adjusted within 7 days of the original date may be rescheduled once (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, unless under reasonable or emergency circumstances, subject to management approval.

PET REQUIREMENTS

What are the vaccination requirements?

Dogs:

  • Dogs must be at least 4 months old.

  • Dogs must have updated vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella).

    • Annual boosters accepted immediately.

    • First-time vaccines or lapsed vaccines must be given at least 14 days before boarding.

  • Dogs must be dewormed within the last 6 months.

  • Dogs must be on tick and flea prevention (spot-on, oral, or collar) within the last 1–2 months.

  • Dogs must be free from contagious diseases, ticks, and fleas at check-in.

  • Dogs must have trimmed nails to prevent injury.

  • Dogs must arrive on a secure leash or in a carrier.

Cats:

  • Cats must be at least 4 months old.

  • Cats must have updated vaccinations (Rabies and FVRCP).

    • Annual boosters accepted immediately.

    • First-time vaccines or lapsed vaccines must be given at least 14 days before boarding.

  • Cats must be dewormed within the last 6 months.

  • Cats must be on tick and flea prevention (spot-on, oral, or collar) within the last 1–2 months.

  • Cats must be free from contagious diseases, ticks, and fleas at check-in.

  • Cats must have trimmed nails to prevent injury.

  • Cats must arrive in a secure carrier.

Do you accept unvaccinated pets?

For safety, no.

Do you accept aggressive pets?

Yes, case-by-case for both dogs and cats. We have cat isolation rooms and dog behavior protocols. Additional fees may apply.

Do you accept pets with special needs?

Yes. Please inform us in advance regarding medication, mobility issues, or special diets.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCESS

What should I bring for my pet’s stay?

  • Updated vaccine card

  • Food that will last their stay (or we can provide)

  • Medication (if any)

  • Favorite toy or blanket (optional)

How does check-in work?

  1. Fill out the pet details/instruction form

  2. Staff assessment

  3. Items check & tagging

  4. Room assignment

  5. Payment of downpayment/balance if needed

Is there a late check-out fee?

Yes. Late check-out beyond 8:00 PM time will incur double the amount of our per hour rate.

DOG HOTEL FAQ

Are dogs separated by size or temperament?

Yes. Dogs are separated based on:

  • Size

  • Temperament

  • Activity level

 

Do dogs get playtime?

Yes! We provide unlimited playtime, monitored by staff, but diapers are required.

 

Are beds and bowls provided?

Yes, all suites come with:

  • Clean beds

  • Food and water bowls

CAT HOTEL FAQ

Are cats kept separately from dogs?

Absolutely — 100% separate facility.

 

Do you have rooms for shy or aggressive cats?

Yes. We have VIC (Very Important Cat) isolation rooms for special cases.

Do cats get playtime?

Yes, supervised playtime is provided depending on cat’s temperament.

DAY CARE

What happens during day care?

Pets enjoy:

  • Socialization

  • Play time

  • Rest periods

  • Monitoring

  • Feeding (if needed)

What should I bring for day care?

Just their food (optional) and vaccine card.

GROOMING

What grooming services do you offer?

  • Bath & Blow Dry

  • Full Groom

  • Nail Trim

  • Ear Cleanning

  • Cat Grooming

How long does grooming take?

Usually 1–3 hours depending on the pet's size and coat condition.

Can I stay and watch?

For safety, owners are not allowed inside the grooming area, but you may wait in the lobby.

PET TAXI

How do I book a pet taxi?

Fill out our Pet Taxi Booking Request Form.

 

Are pets secured during transport?

Yes. Pets ride in:

  • Secure crates

  • Air-conditioned vehicle

FEEDING & MEDICATION

Do you follow feeding schedules?

Yes. Just inform us of your pet’s routine.

 

Can you administer medication?

Yes. Provide clear instructions and medicine.

What food do you offer if I don’t bring any?

Special Cat Urinary for cats and Special Dog Lamb & Rice for dogs.

HEALTH & SAFETY

What if my pet gets sick?

We will:

  1. Notify you immediately

  2. Bring pet to the nearest partner vet if needed

  3. Provide updates regularly

Vet fees are shouldered by the owner.

Are there CCTV cameras?

Yes, all major areas are monitored.

Do you have staff 24/7?

Yes, we have round-the-clock staff for monitoring and care.

COMMUNICATION & UPDATES

Will you send updates of my pet?

Yes! Daily updates through Messenger.

Do you send photos and videos?

Yes — daily photos and videos for all overnight stays.

OTHER QUESTIONS

Do you accept pregnant pets?

Case-by-case. High-risk pregnancies are not accepted.

Do you accept pets in heat?

Dogs in heat: generally not accepted for hotel or daycare.
Cats in heat: accepted with behavior assessment.

 

Can I visit the hotel before booking?

Yes! We offer guided tours during non-peak hours.
